El pl\u00e1tano aporta energ\u00eda natural, fibra, potasio y dulzor sin necesidad de az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos. Combinadas con harina de trigo sarraceno, rica en prote\u00edna vegetal y de bajo \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico, se convierten en una excelente opci\u00f3n para mantener niveles de energ\u00eda estables durante la ma\u00f1ana. Puedes personalizarlas con toppings dulces como crema de almendras, frutos rojos o incluso prepararlas en versi\u00f3n salada. \u00a1Una receta vers\u00e1til y reconfortante que gusta a toda la familia!<\/p><h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4><ul><li>100 gr de harina de trigo sarraceno<\/li><li>1 cucharada semillas de lino molidas.<\/li><li>1 pla\u0301tano maduro<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de canela<\/li><li>Una pizca de sal<\/li><li>1 taza de leche vegetal de almendras.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Elaboracio\u0301n:<\/h4><ul><li>Tritura todos los ingredientes hasta que est\u00e9n bien integrados.<\/li><li>Calienta una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite (AOVE, coco o ghee).<\/li><li>Vierte la masa con ayuda de un cazo. Cuando empiecen a salir burbujas, da la vuelta.
